Greetings, I connect my Cyber Sync plus to the light AB800 with the Cyber Command but it does not extinguish the modeling light.

Simply attaching the CSR+ to the light will not extinguish the model lamp. You must have the light properly programmed and have the MODEL MODE = OFF set in the set up menu. If everything is correct, you should have a vertical blue bar on the main CC screen. Within the travel limits of this blue bar, you should have a gray dash. This is the indicator the model lamp is set to off. If this dash is red, then the setting is incorrect in the Cyber Commander.
