In any group setting can set up each light?
grp 1 channel 1 - 1/2 power, grp 2 channel 1 - full power, grp 3 channel 1 - 3/4 power.
or does the group just handle to power all ready setup but just turn off lights in different group.

grouping will change between sets of lights, but any power setting remains. You can, however, save it as a set up and switch between the set ups. When you open from that set up, it will retain whatever setting was saved as that set up.

I think if you can have each channel level setting for each group wouldn't that be how CC should be beside saving and opening for different levels in the group setting ? White background grp 1 backlights set to high, or color backgroung grp 2 lower background lights ect, sorry but I think there one step missing here.

The grouping function is designed to treat a group of lights as one. like two lights on the a white back ground. It is to have them raise and lower together.

Changing the set would require a change to the set up in the CC

What you're asking for sounds simple but would require a complete revision of CC architecture, more processing power, more cost and more complexity to an already complex device. The best way to handle this is to do what tech suggest . . . create different presets for different light balance . . . high key, low key, etc.
