I am using Einsteins with the Commander and it is not recognizing them. The Commander will trigger the flash but will not control settings. When I used it yesterday everything turned on fine and all of the previous days light setting loaded up as it always has in the past. This morning after powering on as I normally do the lights started to flash rapidly. The display is not showing "Einstein" as it usually would.
Is there a way to factory reset the Commander?

For some reason, the CC has lost the settings of the Einsteins. This could be from anything from user to low batteries or removed batteries at the wrong time.

To fix, you need to reestablish the set up. It sounds like everything is on the same frequency, since the lights will fire. So, with the lights turned on:

Use the right joystick to scroll to the right to the SETUP screen

Use the right joystick up or down to select OPEN MEMORY and press in

Use the left joystick left or right to select the word STUDIO.

Press in with the right joystick.

Vertical bars should appear for your Einsteins.

Use the right joystick to scroll to the right two times, and you are now at your main screen.
