Bummer. One of mine is developing a sticky set of fingers and noisier fan...sounds like I'd be better off selling it and buying one of the new ones...

Regardless of what you will ultimtely do with that light, if there is a problem with the fan or fingers, they can be corrected under warranty.

Hi Paul:

One of the biggest things missing, which I found by using the Einstein V1 in
studio work, was an aiming handle on the back. In fact, the Einstein seems
to be the only light I have personally used that lacked an aiming handle.

Will the new design also add a handle, in addition to the mentioned improvements;
- Louder beep
- Improved Cooling with reduced fan noise
- Improved forward claw mount

I will most definitely purchase some of the new model when available.

Cheers,

Neal

Perhaps we might consider putting up a Buff user to user equipment sales/trade section here, but if we should decide on something like that we could not be responsible for transactions, and sellers would have to offer buyers some sort of return privilege if buyers didn't receive what they were promised. Something to think about.

Again, no release date available yet.
