You can still use your Sekonic (w/ module) to meter, but in a backassward, redundant kinda way. I plug a Plus II into the sync port as well as having the MC2. It will work until Sekonic comes up with a module ... which I suspect is WAY down the road.

Does anyone have any idea on the development of the PW module to trigger the Sekonic meters in ControlTL frequencies?

This is really an LPA question. Send a quick mail to <customer.support@pocketwizard.com> asking...More that do, faster it will be perhaps. Ask about a CE version too please :)
