If you're outside the US, you probably blew out your AB800.
IIRC the Innovatronix outside the US are 240V and your AB800 most likely was 120V unless you bought a specially modified one that works w/ 240V....

I use POCKET WIZARD to trigger my AB800. And yes sir, my TRONIX was the same power rating at 240V

The AB800 power switch is LIT RED, but I don't see any GREEN LIGHT. I am plugging it on the wall outlet and I pressed the test button, it gives a small amount of FLICKER that's all.

I'm expecting the worse here, that is that I blew off the BEE. But it just makes any sense 'cause TRONIX specifically said that it supports ALIENBEES.

So my question is can I bring this to a local ELECTRONIC CENTER and have it looked? Maybe replaced some parts? It would help if I get some advise straight from the TECHGUYS who are experts on PCB products and point me to the right direction.

Here is the setup I created!

It is impossible to tell what went wrong without seeing the unit. We only have one authorized repair facility, which is in Canada, and we do not release schematics to anyone else. If you took it to a repair shop, they may be able to infer what went wrong, and may be able to repair it. However, that is unlikely. Sometimes, if a component goes bad, you will need to replace the board, or the component is difficult to find unless you know what to look for. Also, this would void any warranty that may remain on the light.

I would contact our customer service department and see what alternatives you may have for sending it in for an authorized repair.

I checked with sales, and they said you can send it in to us for repair. However, you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from, all taxes and duties, and the repair itself (if it is out of warranty). All payments to us would need to be via wire transfer. For sepcifics you can call, of course, or you can contact us via email at info@paulcbuff.com, which may be easier given the time difference.
