The slider was on the 1/1 position (far right).

I checked today and the result at first was the same as the first day (not working).
However, and out of nothing at all, the device started working. I was able to control the light output of the ABR800/CSRB+ combo with the cyber commander.
I had to wait for about 30-45 seconds for it to work.
I repeated the test with the same result. I believe this issue is solved for me.
