The mounting lip on this softbox is at fault . . . . it's not deep enough to fit properly.

The company is sending me new speedring... apparently they think they sent wrong speedring for some other kind of light not alien bee..

[*]Yes it was speeding that was sent wrong and now if fits perfectly
