The Vagabond minis have a one year warranty. While I do not have any suggestions that can get you going today, we can get the unit fixed for you. It will need to be sent in for us to inspect.

It sounds like the charger is ok if the unit is able to run from the charger. Do you get a red or green LED on the charger if you plug the charger into the battery directly?

Hi,

The led turns Green all the time once it is to power plug and turned on and it works and all the 1/4, 2/4, /3/4 are green also. Once it gets disconnected ffrom power supply, it just dies right away. All les fades away.

If the units is OFF, and I plug it to the electricity, it does nothing, no leds. The led Is never Red.

Without power supply, there is no Leds are all, no nothing, death, On, or off. I tried leaving the unit charging all night to see if would be matter of time, but nothing.. same results. just death.

What are the steps to be done to get this replaced, fixed or something?.... And how long it would take? I will have another event...

Thanks

Daniel Horande

The LED I am looking for the status of is the one on the charger block. I am also looking to see what the status is if the battery is removed from the Vagabond and that charger is plugged into it directly.

So remove the battery, plug the charger into the wall, plug the charger into the battery itself. Look at the LED on the charger. What color is that LED?

Hi,

The led is always green, with battery or not battery. Seems that the inverter works, but the battery.

I was checking on my images dates, and i think thisunit has a little more than a year. That means that is not is not under any warranty anymore? I do not have the receipt.

Im going to be honest.. I have bought several equipments from you guys, I and have never had any issues. But this is not very nice, A unit used once and then death. Letr me know if you all can do soemthing, cause i dont want to pay over $20 to ship it there, then another $50, and after that a new battery.

Thanks

Daniel

I cannot make any exceptions to our warranty, as that is outside the scope of my position. However, if you would like to call our customer service team, they would be happy to discuss this with you.

Does charging thru the inverted work when the unit is either on or off??

When off, I get no lights on the unit. Just on the charger of course.

Charging will work either in the on or off mode, but being on will drain the battery, so it will take longer to charge this way.

When off, there should not be any lights on the inverter, and you should only have the red or green light on the charger.
