I contacted tech support with Paul C. Buff. They sent me a replacement device (CC) and it worked as it should.
I have a relationship with PCB that date back over 10 years. I have only had 2 problems with their products and PCB took care of the problem with out issue.
I would suggest that you contact Tech support, I feel that they will take care of you and your problem.
