I love Buff products. I would love to see the week grips on the Einstein Lights replaced with the far superior grips on the Alien Bees. that is my only complaint with these great strobes.

That is what has set Paul leagues beyond his competitors.

AS cold of a question that is, I have wondered the same thing. Look at Apple, When Steve Jobs was too sick to work, Cook took over. Will Apple be the same awesome company 10 years from now? Time will tell but I just bought another Mac, I'm not worried about tomorrow on issues like this.

PCB being a family biz, it might be harder to go on after the family is gone. Even when kids take over a family biz, 70% of them fail within 5 years. We can only hope that Paul has made good plans when he and the wife want to retire and enjoy the fruits of his labor. His company is much more than a good product, It's the whole package of customer service, product service, and fair pricing.
