The probability of having 3 bad batteries would be near zero, so I would highly suspect the charger.

I have received message from Paul C Buff customer service and they are helping me out now :)

Its part of the story that I have delayed to report this to Paul C Buff because I have been busy. But now they will help me out so we find the problem and they fix it.
