So if we can get the Vagabond mini in 120v or 240v versions - and the Einstein works from 95-240v AC - Is there a difference in the recycle time or the number of pops if you use the 120v vs 240v version of the Vagabond Mini with your Einsteins?

This is a killer product. I might have to pick up two when available. I'm glad I didn't invest in the VBII yet. I'm waiting for the miniVag.

Hi,

so the Vagabond Lith Mini features an USB-Port? Will it be able to charge notebooks/ macbooks while being in use as a strobe power-source at the same time?

Will the unit be able to run the Einstein`s modeling-light for short stints?

Most laptops (if any) do not charge via the USB port. It will allow charging of cell phones/ iPods, etc. You should be able to run a laptop off the AC outlet. Depending on the draw of the computer and the draw of your lights, you may or may not run both.

We are looking into model lamp options now. Given that the model lamp in an Einstein is 250W and the inverter is 120W, the model lamp would not get to full brightness with the way things are now.

I just purchased Vagabond II, I wish I knew about the mini, the weight on the mini is very manageable yet you do not seems to loose much shots.

If you are within your 60 days, you may return it for refund. You would only be out shipping costs.

--> "Most laptops (if any) do not charge via the USB port."

Sure, you are right....

Any current news from pocket-wizard`s progress on the Powermc2?

Best regards.
