Damn.

I was un sure if I had to leave it plugged in when we got ours 6 months ago and last jully it would't fire flashes.

Is there any way I can check (after full recharge) if the batteriy needs replacing? Like a certain minimum voltage when fully charged, or anything?

I sure hope we haven't killed it.. :(

Many autoparts stores will do a battery check (at least on car batteries, which this is just a smaller version of). Fully charge it, and have them test it.

We do have it on our site, but it is an unpolarized IEC C7 appliance plug, available at Radio Shack, and may even be common to your camera's battery charger, or laptop, or printer, or radio, video game console, or various other devices.

GREAT!

I'll use my extra nikon charger cords! I was afraid it would suck up to much power and melt! ;)

Test came back.

I need a new batt. Since it's currently back order, is there any alternate lead batt. i could use beside a car batt. It doesn't fit in the bag.

If it has the same requirements than the one inside the vagabond there should be any trouble no?

The B20A is available for ordering and shipping would follow normal turn around for orders.

I'm thinking about buying the Alienbees flash unit and the battery pack but I'm not sure which one to buy.

The thing is I might have to go back to Thailand for good on this coming May if I can't get a job here in US. So should I buy the 120VAC or 230VAC flash units? and Vagabond mini 120VAC or 230VAC?

and IF I buy the Vagabond mini 120VAC and bring it back to Thailand can I use the converter to charge the Vagabond?

Thanks

You may look at Einstein, as it is dual voltage. However, the Vmini's can be charged on 110 or 240, regardless of the output of that it is made for.
