the 400 can be at ch1, but the 1600 will need to be at ch2.

Submit a photo of the main "flash" screen of the CC. that would help.

Ok, that helps. Channel one is in the "ADJ" mode for the model lamps. This means you set a model lamp brightness and it stays there regardless of what you do to the flash output. This is adjusted in the "MODEL" screen (the third image). It adjusts just like the flash output, except, you are adjusting the red dash. The red dash is the model lamp indicator.

Channel 2 has the model lamp in "track". This makes the model lamp go up and down along with the flash output. However, there is an offset dialed into the ch2 model lamp that makes its relativeoutput lower than the relative flash output. In the MODEL screen, select ch2 and press up and hold on the left joystick until the red dash moves. Raise the red dash until it matches the top of the blue dash.

You can change the ADJ or TRACK functions in the FLASH SETTINGS SCREEN (3rd image). Pay particular attention to the prompts. Right j/s up and down changes the parameter you want to change (model mode, power, etc). Left j/s up or down changes the setting within that parameter.

If you move left and right with the left joystick, you will change channels. You may change to a channel that shows the selection you want, but since it is a different channel, you will not have made the change. So be careful when using the left j/s.

They do match in intensity, which is typically the route you will want to go, so yes. However, I cannot determine if they are set to Track or ADJ. Most people want them on TRACK.

Do the red dashes and blue bars move up and down when the lights are adjusted? Do the flashes fire at higher and lower powers as you change settings?

By the way, how many recievers do you have? I understood you had two, but there are 4 white dashes.
