It looks like the Kacey Enterprises Speedlight bracket and a Kacey/Eli adapter to me. I'm not sure if he has the parts to be able to mount a PCB softbox to it, though. I believe the person who posted that uses Elinchrom lights, it would probably be easier to find something that an Elinchrom speed ring would mount to as it doesn't require moving arms like the PCB strobes have.

I've never tried it, but I've read on other forums that the Red-Wing Elinchrom adapter also works with the PCB folding softboxes.
