my einstein V2 modeling lamp will not turn off when pressing the buttons on the back of the unit. function-model-arrow up-arrow up-arrow up. it stays fairly bright even though the model mode screen shows "off". help please |

Try removing the Transciever and see if it works normally from the head. |

tried that already and again just now, still is not turning off the modeling lamp even the is says the model is off. |

That is then an internal fault. Please contact Customer Service for replacement. |

Same thing just started happening to one of mine during a shoot yesterday :oops: Was fine until now. Light will adjust power from mid-to-full and back down to mid, but never any lower than that. Rear buttons or CC set it to off (menu states 'off') but light remains at mid power. ---------------------- edit: Solved, but did need to be sent in. THANKS CS! :D |
