When will we EUROPEAN customers receive our ordered Vagabond-Mini-Lithium-units?

(And EINSTEINs-V2.1 and PLMs-V2 ordered in April and May of 2010)

This is going to be more of a Customer Service matter than technical. I cannot give you details of how long it will take for the batteries to come in at this point, because I simply do not know. Once recieved, they should not be in house very long before they ship, both internationally and domestically. Your local distributor will have a better idea of how long items are in transit, from us to them then to you.

PLM's are shipping all the time. Depending on your style and size choice, the shipping times can vary. You are in the distributor's queue, who is in turn in ours. Same with the Einsteins. Again, customer service will be able to give better answers than Tech.

Any news on your roll-out of PW`s PowerMC2, that is being beta-tested by the equipment manufacturer (PW) ?

Please be honest about delays and troublesome circumstances, as it should have been available by autumn of 2010.

Most accurate time frames will come from Pocket Wizard. It is thier product, we will just be selling them when they are ready. They are doing all of the development, testing, etc, so they know more about any problems than we do.
