My brand new CC is flopping over - the swivel hot-shoe fails to keep it upright, against gravity. I assume this reduces the range (having the antenna horizontal rather than vertical) and makes using the screen more difficult.
Help!!!

That will need to be replaced. Customer Service will be able arrange for that to be corrected.

My antenna version Cyber Commander has the same issue as well. CS already has a new unit out to me.

My old non-antenna Cyber Commander did not have this issue.
