Just got two Einsteins today with the Cyber Commander. The one works perfectly but the second will not flash at all.

I tried the test button before even connecting them to the Cyber Commander as well as with the Cyber Commander. Each time the modeling light and beep would indicate that it recycled but there was no flash. It is even counting on the information screen how many flashes I have fired. I do not hear any "click" from the flash tube when shooting unless it is quieter than the test button or the fan.

Since you have two lights, you may want to try swapping flash tubes to see if the problem follows the tube or the flash head. Either way, you will need to contact customer service to arrange for the new tube or head.
