| Post subject: | Cyber Commander hot shoe swivel does not hold |
My brand new CC is flopping over - the swivel hot-shoe fails to keep it upright, against gravity. I assume this reduces the range (having the antenna horizontal rather than vertical) and makes using the screen more difficult. Help!!! |

That will need to be replaced. Customer Service will be able arrange for that to be corrected. |

My antenna version Cyber Commander has the same issue as well. CS already has a new unit out to me. My old non-antenna Cyber Commander did not have this issue. |
