I've set up my studio lights and the CC indicates a ap of F 4 (iso 100, sync 125th). The photos taken with this exposure are quite over exposed. Around f 6.3 seems about right.

Can't figure what I'm doing wrong.

I recently shot a basketball game (highschool arena) and had the same issue. The CC suggested light meter readings about 2 stops different than optimal.

Suggestions: other than re-calibrate to add 2 stops?

Really stupid question, is the ISO setting the same on both meter and camera?

I've done it before with my Sekonic.

Good question. I have both set for 100 ISO.

Something is wrong . . . check with Tech Help. CC meter tracks Sekonic within 1/10 to 2/10 over the full range. Also, f4 to f6.3 is 1 1/3 stops . . . still way out of range.
