Hi,

I've been trying to call Customer Services all day, but the line says that "this call cannot be completed as dialed, please try your call again later". What is going on?

I also sent email to customer services, and while I usually get a very prompt response, I've gotten nothing.

Is everything alright down there?

I only received two of my three Einsteins, that were supposedly all shipped together. So, either there was mistake in your shipping department, or UPS lost the third light.

I spoke to them thin morning had no problems getting customer service

Called twice this morning, no problems getting through.

We are here. Perhaps weather is causing problems between us and you? Considering you cannot reach us, I will get CS to contact you. We are quite busy, so emails are taking about the two full buisness days.

I too had similar problems calling other companies from my cell phone. I learned that the telephone companies are experiencing problems routing calls due to the severe winter weather in affected areas and also because of high call volume. If you are using a cell phone, you might try performing a hard reset of your cell phone by pulling out the battery and re-inserting it. Good luck.
