Hello, as a european customer having ordered Einsteins V2.1, 230V, PLMs V2, VML/ 230V in May 2010 and not having received anything by now I just read your "I checked with production manager on this. Here is his response: We have 90 orders in for Colin/Stephen for 230V units. We have an additional 20 orders for 230V units in our system. We are shipping all units in date order and we just came to the first 230 volt order today, which we will be building on Monday." Is it possible for me to - order in YOUR store, - pay with my CC (european CC), - you then ship it stateside only, - I will afterwards have it sent by my stateside-contact to europe, handling taxes etc on my responsibility? Will I have to stand in line even if had originally ordered in May 2010? Thanks for the info. PS I have been in contact with Colin and Stephen via many emails previously. |

I am also a European customer. They do not accept non-us credit cards. However, if you can pay with a US CC, and ship it to your us-based intl carrier, then there is no problem. I ordered Einstein etc.. June 2010, and got my lights now in January. But don't expect PCB to cover intl. Shipping if you need to return stuff/send it in for warranty repair. Good luck. |

Hello Molokai, thank you. May I ask for your country of origin? |

Sure :) Norway. I use jetcarrier.no as shipper. They manage all customs paperwork, making it a breeze to import stuff from the US to here. |

Hello Molokai, did you order @ PCB-himself or @ the very slow the EU-store? I just read about your possible flaw/ misfunction with one of the shipped units. Please give us an update. Hope everything works out fine with your future-workhorses. |

I ordered directly from PCB in the US. Except for the long wait, it has been completely hassle-free ordering. One thing to think about is what to do if you need to return for warranty return. However, I doubt there is much practical difference for me if I bought in UK vs US. In both cases I will need to do customs declaration both out of Norway, in to the US and back in to Norway in order not to have to pay tax a few more times. But I doubt there is anyone else out there who can give you equivalent bang for your buck. Good luck with your ordering. |

I would suggest calling their Customer Service. That makes for much easier communication, fewer round trips and less chance of miscommunication. |
