My Cyber Commander stopped working while using it to adjust my Einstein lights. It lost power, and won't power up. Is there a way to reset the unit? I've tried replacing it with fresh AAA batteries.

Some people have had trouble with the contacts not touching the ends of the batteries, so that's something fairly easy to check. There have also been instances of poorly charged batteries, even though they're supposedly new. I assume that you already know that they frown on using rechargeables. You could also try removing the micro-SD card just for grins.

Let us know when you unearth the root cause.

Try removing the sd card. A corrupted card may cause this.

Thanks for your reply BigIronCruiser and TechSupport. Sorry, I didn't see your messages earlier as I didn't have the forum notification alert properly checked.

I ended up calling tech support the same day and they had me send the unit in so they could check it out. I needed a working unit ASAP so I ended up ordering an additional Cyber Commander.

I had the same issue. I pulled my SD card out and it booted up. I stuck the card back in and it seems to be working fine now.
