I just purchased two Alien Bees B1600. I love them however, one of the flashes is not flashing now. They both worked when I got them and tested them. I pulled them out the second time, set them up and only one flashes. The ready light does not come on. I did take out the flash tube and put it in the working flash and it does work so it is not the flash tube. Is there something that needs to be reset? Please help!

If you have power (i.e. the power switch is red) and you are not getting a green ready light after 2 seconds, the unit will need to be swapped. Please contact customer service to make arrangements.
