I just received my Cyber Commander and the ratchet on the base was very stiff. It broke after moving it just a few times. Now the transmitter just flops back and forth on top of my camera. Paul Bluff will replace it as defective, but I'm wondering if this is a common problem. Is there something I should know?

Having them break is not typical. If you hanve not done so, contact customer service to arrange for it to be serviced.
