Hi there,

My Einstein E640 has been working well but is now not firing.

Here's somethings that are working though:
- the cyber commander is synchronizing well with the E640, ie. the controls are all working
- the functions on the E640 are all working
- I have changed the fuse on the E640 but it is still not firing
- the E640 beeps when functions are activated (whether on CC or on E640) but it's not firing

Does it fire when you push the test button on the back of the Einstein? How are you triggering it to fire?

If you have an extra tube, try swapping the flash tubes. Otherwise, you should contact customer service for warranty service.
