The bottom line for me is; I want to do business with a company that not only makes great products but more importantly knows how to make the kind of judgement calls that help me keep my clients!

I have never been more impressed with a companys' customer service as I have been with Paul Buff co. Currently on a shoot in the Middle East for Chevron. Had a small but critical problem. One 15 minute Skype call later to Joe (Tech Guru) Barbara (Super Friendly) and Lori (LifeSaver) we had a solution headed out UPS. My client will never know I ever had even the slightest issue.

And THAT is what customer service is really about.

Thanks. Customer service and production are backed up against a wall of orders and backorders every day, and could easily take a cavalier attitude toward customers. But I won't allow that after 30 years of drumming the Golden Rule into our staff. Lori has risen to VP and is firmly on this track, as are all other staff. It's the backbone of our success. We just won't tolerate anything less from our staff and they like their jobs because they don't have to impose silly rules on customers and fight with them.

I've been unbelievably impressed with PCB's customer services as well. They have been stellar, and have really helped me out of a few jams. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

Keep making new products Paul, and I'll keep buying them up :)

On that note: How about a longer stripbox and a higher w/s einstein. Pretty please.

While I haven't had any issues that required their assistance they have always been super helpful with any questions I have. I also appreciate the fact they have ALWAYS given me dates further out for shipping than it actually was. It is always nice to have that surprise phone call telling you they are shipping your item ahead of when they said it would. With both the vagabond mini and einstein order I placed in December I was told two weeks roughly for both and the vagabonds shipped next day and the Einstein's two days later.
