So, I spent tons of hours searching the internet before buying my strobe and purchased a B800 less then a month ago. When it arrived I was very happy with my purchase, set it up and starting taking shots, worked great, so Happy, until today. 3 weeks after using my B800 it has cost me 400 dollars today. Why, because it won't work aggghhhhh. Maybe I am doing something wrong or maybe someone knows of a fix? I don't know but I have shoots all next week and I really need this to work. So here it whats happening. I get a nice green light and can adjust the bulb still but it won't flash. Test button depressed and No Flash If you go full power and come down the dump light comes on but it won't fire when you push the button, No FLash Tried using it has a slave with my camera flash and No Flash With a sync cord, No flash I Loved this unit until today, someone please help and make me love it again. |

Sounds like a bad flash tube. Contact customer service in the morning, abd they will get you taken care of under warrranty. |
