I recently purchased a Vagabond II and would like to use with iPhone speaker box at a location where electricity is not available. Will this damage the vagabond, speakers, or iPhone?

no. Any device that operates on 120VAC power and draws less than 300W should work fine on the VII. Keep in mind, any use of the battery will lessen the number of shots you will get from the flashes, and the higher the draw, the longer the recycle time of the flashes.
