I am trying to find out how I can calibrate my CC with my camera/lighting to get accurate exposure each time?

Are you looking to match camera settings to the meter (i.e. change ISO and shutter speed), or are you looking to match the meter to another meter? Or are your meter readings yielding an over or under exposure?

my readings are a little over/under. I got the iso & shutter speed set the same as camera

Are you getting both over and under exposure from frame to frame? Is this based on the photo taken or based on comparing to another meter? If it is based on photos taken, be sure your camera is not set to bracket. If you are getting a consistent over or under exposure, you can go to SET UP> FLASHMETER and use the right joystick to adjust up or down to match (1/10 increments). Remember the Cyber Commander is an incident meter and must be at the subjects position with the dome facing back to the light and/or camera. Also, be sure you are doing a final meter reading in the ALL channel position for the camera setting, and that f/16'9 is virtually f/22 and almost a full stop above f/16.

Ok, I will try to Set up>Flashmeter and adjust. Maybe this will correct it, I haven't tried that yet. I have been manually adjusting in lightroom 3 the exposure to compensate for it.
