Hi am Customer of alien bees. I have a cybercommander and his housing is broke but the elektronik works fine. I need a new housing for cyber commander it is posible to order only a new housing for cyber commander ? sorry for my english. I hope your understand what I mean. please help. |

We do not sell or offer the housings for any product. The unit will need to be returned for repair. |

Hm I think it is no warranty case. how much cost it if I send it to repait and it need to gives it new housing ? the old housing is not reparable |

Birthdate is not necessary :) If the case is broken, it will likely be covered under the warranty. When you send it in, do include your name and contact information. All Cyber Commanders are under two years old, and are therefore under warranty. We would be able to look it up by serial number anyway. |
