Does it still look like the Mini's are going to be shipping in mid to late November? Will there be an email I need to be looking for to confirm the order, or will they simply be shipped when available?

I have not seen anything to the contrary for the release dates. As to how they will ship, Customer Service will have a better answer on how they will handle that.

Its on the order page, states at the very top anticipate mid to late November. Think that the OP was just wanting to know if this is still a projected date, are all parts in testing finalized etc....

I want to know so that I can project when to throw that 18lb monster on the ebay :D :D

As I said, I have not heard anything to the contrary (as in not in agreement with) the mid-late November statement.

So those of us who have placed orders can expect to recieve the product by, say Christmas? :)

As of today, we are expecting a mid to late December release. While Christmas delivery is possible, I cannot recommend relying on it.

I overall have loved my experience with PCB, Inc., but you guys really need to learn to under-promise and then over-deliver on these timelines! :) I appreciate the constant honesty. Still, I think I would rather be given a timeline that you are always going to meet unless something extraordinary happens and have you occasionally deliver early, then have you tell me the truth when it can often get pushed back. Everybody will love you when you deliver early, versus some people who will take it personal when they have to wait.

In this case the timeline change doesn't hurt me too much.

I wonder if you could just take the same or an even more powerful inverter like the one in the VBII and just hook it up to your car battery for emergency use, because as of right now...I have lots of photographs to take, but I can't do anything outdoors until this problem is mitigated.
