Can the CyberSync's be fired with a Sekonic L-358 meter (with the PW module installed)?

No. PocketWizards and CyberSyncs in compatible. Each operates on a vastly different frequency, and each has thier own unique encoding.

You can, however, attach a CST to the 358 via a short PC cord. This will trigger the lights when in corded mode when the button is pressed. Alternatively, you can put the 358 in cordless mode, press the button to arm it, and it will take a reading when the lights are fired (usually by the CST in the other hand).
