I was at a wedding shoot past weekend.

Connected my AB800 to Vegabond II using CSR and was using my 5DMKii and CST. AB800 wouldnt trigger and suddenly starts to flicker and once i diconnected the sync cord from CSR and used my back up Pocketwizards with same sync cord and Vegabond II its worked fine. Is this issue with CST and might need a new battery or something??

I've experienced this same issue. A new battery in the CST solved the problem.

I agree. The battery in teh CST should be the first thing to check. If you have multiples, check all of them, not just the one you were using.

Thank you. I have 2 CSTs will try the second one today. Didnt have it with me past weekend. But will surely change the batteries

If you change the batteries and the problem persists then also check the batteries with a volt meter. I've had them DoA before bought right off the store shelf.
