So I just unpacked my Einsteins and got them set up. I'm in India and taking advantage of the 220v feature. I Set two of the units on 64th power and did a series of test fires (5 flashes in a row). Great, everything work. But, less than a minute later, when I went to test them again, one of the two units has a red "ready" button and won't fire. The modeling lamp also does not come on. I unplugged the unit, turned it off and on, tried the plug from the working unit, tried a new modeling lamp, tried a new flash tube, nothing worked. Has this happened to anyone else? Any advice? Sending the unit back to the States for inspection would take two weeks each way. - Thanks |

I had the exact same problem, only solution was to send it back for a replacement. I live in sweden so it was a bit of hassle for me to but it all worked out great. |

If the red light will not turn green, then the unit will need to be serviced or replaced. Contact the distributor from whom you ordered the light to arrange this. |
