I use CSRB+ receivers on my AB strobes. I use a CST on my camera hot shoe. And I use a Sekonic L-758DR light meter. The Sekonic only triggers Pocket Wizards, but I understand there is a work around to get the Sekonic meter to trigger my CSRB+'s.

Can I connect a Pocket Wizard to my camera hot shoe, then connect a CST to the pocket wizard? The plan would be to use the Sekonic meter to trigger the PW which will then trigger the CST which will trigger the CSRB+'s.

You can do that, however, it would be easier and less expensive to use another CST either connected via the short PC cord, and use the meter in corded mode, or you can use the meter's cordless mode press the arm/meter button and manually trip the CST via its test button.
