i would like to make sequences with flash (during sunset or night!): 3-4 fps (10-12 photos)
is it possible to do this with the vagabond mini or II and th einstein 640
the power should be 50Ws or more.

That should be just doable with the VMini. Any higher power or any faster you may not be successful. A VII should be able to do that and give you a little wiggle room. Just tested 3 and 5FPS using those parameters and a Vmini. 3 was very consistent, 5 saw maybe a 1/3 drop from beginning to end over 10-15 shots. VII would provide faster recycling.
