I get hit hard with shipping when ordering from B&H, so I feel your pain. I'm in Toronto. Doesn't the authorized repair centre in Mississauga handle CC repairs?

In any case, the firmware files seem to be on the server. I took the URL of the current file and changed the two digits:

http://74.208.158.244/files/firmware/cc/CC_V29.zip
and
http://74.208.158.244/files/firmware/cc/CC_V32.zip
