 Einstein Model Light will not turn off

I have a Einstein light that I can seem to get the modeling ligh to turn off except to remoe it. I replaced the bulb, reset everything to include the CC and it will will not turn off. Any further suggestions?

This will likely need warranty service. Please contact our Customer Service Dept to make arrangements.

Same thing happened to me. My light was replaced on warranty. Fingers crossed on my other lights.
