having trouble syncing with cyber sync and norman 2000xt strobe . was working good at the repair place but in my studio does not work. it works with norman 2000d in the studio hav enot a clue what is wrong. any suggestions? . |

Have you tried to reverse the polarity of the H connection (i.e. make the blades go into the opposite slots)? Are you using the same cord as in the other pack? Are you testing on the same power source (same outlet) as the other pack? If the power cord is not a 3 prong grounded cord, try reversing its polarity. If it is 3 prong grounded, try a different power cord. |
