to control an Einstein and have the 580 EX 11 control the other 580 EX11s? Will this also work with an ST-E2 some how?

This will work if your camera has a PC terminal. All Canons except Rebels and the 60D have PC terminals.

I have both a 1D4 and a 7D so I guess this is an option.
