I never received my order, despite having provided full details and huge email-traffic with the very talented and friendly photographers of the Smith-family.

Emails are being answered (if at all) within weeks.

As you may notice this is not my first posting on this matter.

Sometimes I receive answers very very fast, sometimes it takes a month for AU or UK to reply.

We are looking into this matter, however, I will need more information than provided in your profile. If you would, please send us an email at info@paulcbuff.com to the attention of Lori and reference this post. Also include your name and contact information, so we can get PCB AU/EU the necessary information.
