Hi,

I never received my order, despite having provided full details and huge email-traffic with the very talented and friendly photographers of the Smith-family.

Emails are being answered (if at all) within weeks.

Not amused

Thank you very much.

As you may notice this is not my first posting on this matter.

Sometimes I receive answers very very fast, sometimes it takes a month for AU or UK to reply.
