Ok, this probably sounds like an extremely silly question... but how on earth do you get the strobe units to swivel up and down? I have turned the handle every possible way, pushed in the button, and STILL have not been able to tilt either of my units.. I just received them in the mail the other day and this has pretty much made my units unusable because I can't aim them anywhere. I've watched videos of people doing it and it looks like it should be simple, but for some reason I just cannot get mine to tilt up or down. Is there something that would keep them locked or something that I'm suppose to unscrew? I'm scared to try and force it to move just because they were so expensive and I don't want to break anything on it.. But it's getting pretty frustrating because it's something that should be so simple.. I'm pretty sure I've tried everything with the handle that your suppose to move/pull out to unlock it, but neither of the units will budge. Anybody know what the issue could be or what I'm doing wrong? I'm assuming I have to be doing something wrong since i can't get either of them to move!

Thanks!!
Vicki

The long handle rotates counter clockwise to loosen, and clockwise to tighten. If the handle hits the housing before it can rotate enough to loosen (or tighten), pull out on the handle. This disengages the ratcheting mechanism, and allows the handle to be repositioned freely. Once repositioned, let the handle retract back, and continue to rotate counter clockwise until the mount loosens, or you need to reposition.
