hi! i have this problem with a brand new vagabond II. the problem is when I plug in the charging cable - all it does it shows a red light and the fan turns on for a few seconds then the light and fan goes off and turns on a second after. When I detach the charging cable and turn the Vagabond II in either fast or slow mode - it's beginning to beep constantly, the green led (near the fast,off,slow button) is lit all the time and the red charging led is blinking constantly. any solution/suggestion for this problem? i have read in other post that it sounds like a sulfated battery...is posible in a new battery? thanks!! |

It sounds like a low battery of some type, possibly sulfated. You will need to contact customer service to arrange for repair/exchange. TS |
