| Hi, I have two Einstein v2 and on a shoot today I notice that one Einstein was extremely hot to the touch while the other was very cool. Both Einsteins were setup exactly the same (modifier, power, settings) and within 5 ft of each other. Is this normal? They are consecutively numbered. Also I still have not received a call to replace my v2 Einsteins that I received back in November 2010, is CS still working through replacing the Einsteins with bad fingers? | |

| Indoors or out? and if outdoors, were both identically subject to the sun? Can you hear the fan running in the hot one? CS is still in the process of swapping units. You will need to contact them for any further specifics. | |

| I was indoors; in an air conditioned room. The fans were on in both Einsteins, the hot one was throwing out air that was uncomfortable if you you left your hand there too long. | |

| It does sound like it needs repair. Since you are due for a swap anyway, you may want to contact customer service to see what the time frame of the swap may be, and also explain to them the trouble you are having. | |
