Hi, I have been using the Cyber sync transmitter and receiver for about a year and a half with no problems with my Olympus E-510, but a couple of months ago I bought an Olympus E30 and I cannot get my lights to fire with the Cyber sync remote with the new camera. Works fine with the E510, and the sync cord does work with the E30, but not the remote. I spent a long time on the phone with Olympus one day and they couldn't figure out how to make it work or determine why it wouldn't. So now I'm trying you all in the hope that I can get an answer! Thanks.

I have a feeling the contact on the bottom of the CST is not making good contact. Press down and see if it works while pressing down. I suspect it will. If that is what it takes, please call Customer Service for corrective warranty service.

That did it! When I pushed down on it the lights fired. Thanks, I'll call CS today!
