Hello,

I need some help with my AB800, but the problem is I am an international costumer (Philippines). I wish to call PCB first hoping that they could walk me through with my problem before deciding on wether to send it over for repair.

What is the best time to call your tech office? It's 9AM here while writing this post and I'm not so sure which TIME frame should I be basing, CENTRAL or EST, or whatever that is. All I know is we are GMT +800 same with SINGAPORE, HONGKONG

thank you

We are currently GMT -5:00. (It does change in October, crazy daylight savings time). This post was written @ 20:45, thirty minutes after yours.

We are on CST (Central Standard Time). Just Google "Time Zones" to a find conversions from any global time zone. Just checked . . . 11PM here is Noon in Hong Kong, so you are 13 hours ahead of us.
